Everything you need to know before booking your group event at Valley Axe.
No, we do not serve food, but you are more than welcome to bring food in or order catering. We just ask that all beverages are purchased through us. Here are some of our catering partners that offer special deals to our customers: Catering Options - Valley Axe.
Yes. If you have a larger group and plan on bringing food in to eat before, during, or after your event, please let us know so we can reserve tables for you. Also let us know if you'll need any fold-up tables for a buffet-style setup.
Yes, we have tables and chairs available in our lobby. For larger groups, we can also set up additional tables and chairs.
No, we also have other activities running that can be booked at the same time. If your group is under 20 participants, you'll have one axe room to yourselves. For 30 or more, you'll get both axe rooms. If you'd like to book out the entire venue and have access to all of our activities, that's a Full Facility Booking, with pricing available in the calculator.
- Axe Throwing — up to 50 players at a time
- ArcheryTime — up to 10 players
- The Mad Hatter & The Asylum Escape Rooms — up to 12 players each
- The Rage Room — up to 4 players at a time
- GellyBall (seasonal) — up to 24 players
- Survivor (seasonal) — up to 20 players
- Volleyball — 4 courts
Every activity (except the Rage Room) runs on a 1-hour session, though this can be shortened to help cycle larger groups through. The Rage Room runs 15 or 30-minute sessions, while Axe Throwing and ArcheryTime can also be booked as 2-hour sessions. We're able to run multiple activities at once to rotate guests through — just let us know how long you'd like each group to spend at each activity before switching.

- Rage Room — ages 16+ (with an adult)
No, we only charge players who are actively participating in the activities.
No, you only pay for the players who actually attend.
Yes, letting us know in the days leading up to your event helps us prepare on our end, especially with staffing.
You can pay the day of your event. If your business or group requires it, we can also send an invoice out ahead of time.
Yes, we can book you anytime during the week except Mondays.
